MEERA CHOPRA Stirring up a storm again

MEERA CHOPRA may have a bad moments in the Tollywood as she was called as black sheep as she sued the producer of her second film Satyam Sivam Sundaram. But looks like it's time to shrug off that tag, as the actress is making a comeback in MS RAJU's latest venture. But of course, that has raised eyebrows in the industry and many wonder what has prompted ? Raju to rope her.
Meera was in the lead in the film Satyam Sivam Sundaram opposite NITHIN.But the actress broke into a scuffle with SREENIVASA RAJU over her remuneration package and filed a lawsuit as well. Following which she was ousted from the fraternity.

New girl in Tollywood

Tollywood has the reputation of being a happy hunting ground for leading actresses from far and wide. The latest to join the list is NOUVA MONICA all the way from England. The London based model has been signed up to play the lead in FM(Fun aur Masti). SHEKAR SURYA is directing the movie which is being produced by RAMA KRISHNA better known as RK of the Angrez fame

Sindhu Tolani is back

Sindhu Tolani who impressed both the masses and the critics with her performances in films like Aithe and Athanokkade has found it hard to make a mark in Tollywood. She has tried her hand at Tamil and Kannada films with reasonable success provoking rumours that we had seen the last of Sindhu Tolani. However, here's good news for all her fans. Sindhu has been signed up to play the lead in director PRABHAKAR' s latest uenture. The film titled Batukamma is based on the festival famous in the Telangana Region. It is a women centric movie and offers the actress a good opportunity to prove her acting prowess.

Chiranjeevi to direct?

CHIRANJEEVI who just turned 52 is on the verge of another milestone in his career. His next film would be his 150th and understandably speculations are rife surrounding the movie.Sources say that the movie is based on the life and times of UYYALAWADA NARSIMHA REDDY, a martyr who died fighting the British much before the mutiny of 1857. The buzz is that the megastar could be directing the movie. The movie will be produced by his wife SUREKHA. If Chiru does go ahead to direct the movie he will be following the foot steps of yesteryears' superstars like KRISHNA and NTR who tried their hand at direction too. Whether he directs the movie or not, the expectations around the movie will be huge for sure.
