Gossips of Anasuya

In ANASUYA ,Bhumika is acting as an investigative journalist in a TV channel.

She meets a smart police officer (Abbas) and the police officer has 'soft' corner for her. She gets a tiff from him that the series of killings occur
red in the city have a pattern and the police suspect Gulabhi Govind (Ravi Babu) is behind them.

Anasuya is neatly pack
ed decent thriller film.

Director Ravi Babu tries to stick
to the genre, by not much deviating. So, like most of Hollywood movies, he packages well - with brilliant cinematography, excellent sounds, suspense element and fine performances. In fact, you can see influence of lot of Hollywood thrillers on the movie and on his taking style.

The best part of the movie is its first half, which is quite interesting. Soon after that the pace goes down and it becomes predictable!

Performances:

More than the actors' performance, it is the work of technicians that dominate the movie.

Senior cameraman Sudhakar Reddy who almost retired from films makes a comeback with a bang. He brings Hollywood style of camera work.

The climax of the film is brilliant Re-recording by young composer Sekhar Chandra is super.

Ravi Babu should be appreciated for making a good thriller. But he should have concentrated on the second half.

Of the lead cast, Bhumika gives neat performance. Her characterization is realistic. Abbas gives what his role demands. Nikitha in her brief role is affable. Ravi Babu as actor too excels. He looks evil. But his characterization lacks logic.

Atlast it concludes that Anasuya is decent and neatly packed thriller.
